Monolithe SA
Pierre Etoile Promotion group was founded in 2002 and included the brokerage service called Pierre Etoile Courtage. In 2019, the main shareholder decided to hand over responsibilities to the young(er) team in place and Monolithe SA was created to take over this activity. As an independent, forward-looking company, Monolithe is also involved in land search and real estate development. Adrien Bornand, Sarah Amorim, and Julie Zweili lead and manage this entity with professionalism and enthusiasm, displaying an optimistic mindset and a hands-on approach.
In addition to brokerage activities, we are also active in the research of plots and the provision of services and sales forces on behalf of third parties, using new brokerage techniques and market approaches.
Our entity is now headed by Adrien Bornand, Sarah Hundemer and Julie Zweili, a new generation projecting the family experience into a new vision of real estate.
Notre équipe
Since joining the group in 2015, Adrien Bornand, with over ten years of experience in brokerage, has distinguished himself by specializing in off-plan sales. He manages the commercial side of our promotions. Additionally, he acts as the developer’s representative for all legal and financial matters, working closely with our network of notaries and bankers.
Sarah Amorim joined us in 2018. With a perfect command of communal regulations and solid experience in land valuation, she supervises the development of our projects with architects and communes right through to obtaining building permits. Sarah is also in charge of marketing for all our sales.
Julie Zweili, who first joined the Group in 2014, is now responsible for the administrative and financial aspects of our businesses. Additionally, she is also in charge of our partner company, District Construction Sàrl, which handles construction management and buyers selection for all our developments.
